Barnmead (Cator Estate) Residents Limited

This is the company which owns Barnmead Road and Plawsfield Road. They are private roads but are also public highways. All house owners are eligible to buy a £5.00 share in the company which entitles them to attend the autumn annual general meeting where decisions are made. That meeting also agrees the annual road charge which is used to maintain the road and elects a street committee. I you wish to buy a share, please contact the Secretary.

We welcome residents who are not shareholders to our meetings, but cannot offer them voting rights.

Street Committee

The Street Committee normally meets ten times a year to carry forward the business of the street, organise road repairs, environmental and conservation matters, litter and leaf collections, and the annual summer street party.
